Photographer Mirko Westerbrink’s connection with the lens traces back to childhood. The camera has been an extension of his arm for as long as he can remember. Born in Germany and raised in the Netherlands, he began his professional journey working and learning alongside other photographers.

Mirko’s unique, clean, and candid style has become his signature style. While he initially envisioned fashion being his thing, he quickly realised that what he was really good at was shooting what he already loved: cars. Referring to himself as a “big car guy,” he seamlessly translated this sentiment into his work. His deep affinity for the automotive sector and refined and authentic style has become a defining element of his creative identity.

Mirko knows the value of the whole team working together throughout the creative process, always bringing good energy and a little humour to set. Pushing creative boundaries and incorporating his own style with the brief of his clients to merge fashion, people and transportation has seen Mirko collaborate with renowned brands globally, including Volvo, Alpro, Range Rover, Mercedes and Jaguar.
