East coast raised, west coast based, Dan cut his teeth in action sports, filming skate videos and covering events. Long before “DP” was ever part of the plan, this is where he learned how to find a shot and tell a story with whatever gear and time he had, often on the fly, with no room for a second take.

He still works the same way now: quick, instinctive, and more interested in a real moment than a perfect one, wherever the project takes him. It’s an approach that shows up the same way whether he’s on an intimate shoot or a bigger production.

Dan’s since worked across branded and commercial projects for brands including Harley-Davidson, Uniqlo, One&Only, Slip, Free People, Nahamias and Buck Mason, bringing that same eye to every set he steps onto.
